Follow Up Wellness Evaluation: $150.00

Copays, deductibles, co-insurance and session fees (non private pay) vary by the insurance plan. NJI Healthcare Services conducts insurance verification for all new clients. Fees presented to clients are based on the verification process. Although we verify things on our end we encourage all. ofour new and existingclients to also contact their insurance to get an understanding of their mental health benefits.
